Preferential Rate Casa Gracia

The Casa Gracia Preferential Rate applies to productions that authorize the unlimited use of photographs and videos taken during the session to promote Casa Gracia on its website, social media, hosting platforms, advertising campaigns, and other official communication channels.

If you prefer to keep your production content completely private, you may book your session at the Regular Rate.

Additional service

Catering for
your team

For the convenience of the production team, the location includes hydration (water) and coffee service throughout the day at no additional cost.

If required, Casa Gracia can also manage full catering service for artists, technical staff, and companions.

This service is quoted based on the number of people and the specific requirements of the production.

01 · Booking
100% advance payment to secure date

The booking is confirmed with 100% of the total value. This guarantees exclusive availability of the location for your production.

02 · Responsibility
Damage to furniture and areas

The client and their team are responsible for any damage, deterioration, or loss to furniture, common areas, or elements of Casa Gracia during the use of the location.

03 · Surfaces
No makeup or paint

Not allowed to apply makeup or paint on surfaces without prior protection and authorization from the coordinator.

04 · Visual content
Use of photographs by Casa Gracia

By conducting the session, the brand authorizes non-exclusively Casa Gracia to share some photographs/videos on social media, always tagging the brand and the photographer.

05 · Invoicing
Net value and billing account

The value corresponds to the net amount to receive via billing account. If an invoice is required, the corresponding VAT is added.

06 · Withholdings
Client tax deductions

If the client applies tax withholdings due to internal policy, these must be assumed additionally, guaranteeing the agreed net value.

Cancellation policy

Date changes
and cancellations

+48 hours before
70% of the paid value is refunded. The remaining 30% is retained as compensation for the space reservation.
−48 hours before
No refund applies for the advance payment. The reservation is considered cancelled and the total value is retained.
Date change
Can be made up to 72 hours before the reservation, subject to availability. After that time, the change is considered a cancellation.
